Las Masias de Cristina es una oportunidad única para explorar la autenticidad de un antiguo ”Pairal” histórico catalán; (mansión), mejorada con todas las comodidades modernas.

El jardín (parque)
Cuando alquiles Las Masias de Cristina, en realidad tendrás dos casas de vacaciones situadas en el mismo gran “parque-igual” jardín, conectado con el césped y la zona de la piscina. El jardín es excelente para juegos de pelota y tiene muchos rincones con sombra, y la gran zona de la piscina con una gran piscina de 12 metros x 6 metros, es excelente para relajarse y nadar en un cálido día de verano catalán. .

Las casas de vacaciones
Se utilizan los nombres de los dos abuelos Manel y Joan para separarlos. Ambas son hermosas casas en auténtico estilo de piedra caliza catalana, y nunca antes han estado en alquiler, por lo que es una oportunidad fantástica y única, que ahora sea posible alquilar estas hermosas casas.

Can Manel tiene cuatro niveles. En la planta baja, encontrará una cocina y sala de estar con sofás y TV. También hay un baño. Luego, siete escalones más arriba, hay un apartamento con 2 habitaciones dobles (1 doble y 1 doble), y un baño. En la primera planta hay un gran salón con sofás, piano y TV, y distribución a cuatro dormitorios adicionales. Hay una suite cama doble y con baño privado, y luego 1 habitación doble y 2 habitaciones dobles que comparten un baño. Finalmente, en el segundo piso, hay un recibidor ideal para que los adolescentes obtengan un poco de privacidad y un dormitorio grande con cuatro camas individuales y un baño.

Can Joan tiene también cuatro niveles y además la bodega/bodega. Para grupos grandes, la planta baja de esta casa es perfecta, ya que habrá asientos para un grupo grande alrededor de la mesa de comedor muy grande y una cocina totalmente equipada y conectada directamente</strong >. Alternativamente, puede comer al aire libre en la terraza, o si prefiere un lugar refrescante para su almuerzo, la bodega(bodega), ha sido equipada con una gran mesa de comedor también.

Los dormitorios están situados en las plantas superiores. Cuatro escalones más arriba se encuentra un apartamento de 3 habitaciones, una habitación doble con baño privado, y otra habitación doble y una habitación doble compartiendo baño. En la primera planta se encuentran 5 dormitorios más. Hay un recibidor con sofás y acceso a los dormitorios. Un dormitorio doble y un dormitorio con dos camas comparten un baño, y otros 3 dormitorios dobles comparten otro baño.
La segunda planta es una suite tiene una habitación doble con cama de matrimonio

Instalaciones
Ambas cocinas están totalmente equipadas con lavavajillas, grandes frigoríficos y congeladores, así como otros utensilios de cocina, vitrocerámica y microondas. En ambas casas también encontrarás lavadoras y secadoras.

Como entretenimiento, hay una mesa de ping-pong y un “billar infantil”. También en el jardín, hay dos porterías de fútbol</strong >, para que de una vez por todas decidáis quién es el Messi de la familia.

La casa tiene también WIFI instalado, para que los que quieran estar conectados al mundo exterior este paraíso vacacional puede hacerlo.

¡Playa, vino y Barcelona!
La casa está perfectamente situada para explorar algunas de las mejores características de Cataluña. La playa está a solo un momento en Calafell (9 km.), donde se encuentra la playa de arena más bonita y, por supuesto, una selección de restaurantes y bares. También puedes encontrar restaurantes y tiendas aún más cerca en El Vendrell (6 km.) y un restaurante muy local a 3 km. sólo de la casa.

Te alojarás en la zona vinícola del Penedé, rodeado de viñedos, y con un sinfín de bodegas que ofrecen visitas. Los propietarios también son bodegueros, y también pueden organizar una cata en la casa así como una noche de paella, donde hacen un show-cooking de paella, para que aprendas y degustes. Ofrecen un paquete de cena (o almuerzo), donde también se incluyen las bebidas.

La ciudad obvia para visitar es, por supuesto, Barcelona, que también es una ciudad fantástica. Puedes llegar en menos de una hora en coche, o puedes tomar el tren. También recomendaremos localmente la ciudad Vilafranca del Penedés (especialmente el mercado de los sábados es agradable) y luego Tarragona con su hermoso anfiteatro romano y el centro antiguo de la ciudad. An absolutely perfect venue. There were 36 of us and the space & pools were fantastic. Cristina & Craig (who assists occasionally) were extremely courteous & prompt when querying anything. Massively recommend. Had the best time.

We were amazed at the beautiful villas and exterior areas, the gardens and pools were magnificent. The mosquitoes were terrible totally understandable in such a lush setting but it would have helped if we were aware beforehand. Cristina is lovely and charming, and we had a paella cooked at home which was fantastic for a special celebration. Craig who translated for us was really helpful and communicative. A fantastic place and really enjoyed it

"La climatisation fonctionne maintenant parfaitement. Lorsque ces clients sont arrivés, c'était le 5 juin, et la température était sans besoin de climatisation. Nous leur avons expliqué que nous installions les nouveaux dans l'un des bâtiments, il était donc alors ne pas travailler là-bas.Comme ils avaient des températures de 20 degrés dans la maison, je pense que c'était un peu psychologique pour eux, car cette température est celle pour laquelle la climatisation est programmée, donc cela n'aurait pas fait de différence.La propriété a maintenant une nouvelle climatisation dans un bâtiment et celles existantes dans l'autre bâtiment.

"The air-conditioning now works perfectly. When these clients arrived it was June 5,and the temperature was without the need for air-conditioning. We explained to them that we were installing the new ones in one of the buildings, so it was then not working there. As they had temperatures of 20 degrees in the house, I think it was a bit psychological for them, since this temperature is what the air-conditioning is programmed for, so it would not have made a difference. The property has now new air-conditioning in one building and the existing ones in the other building.

We've just got back from our stay and I am still bursting with happiness from start to finish! 18 of us travelled from London at different times to celebrate my 40th.

The two homes are incredible. So many bedrooms, rooms and hideaways! We didn't use them all. Cristina was so kind to try and make as many as possible into doubles.

There are two pools with a room full of sun loungers, games, tables and outdoor bits. We only used the smaller pool as it wasn't always the warmest being May.

I worked with Bertel mainly to organise the trip and I couldn't say anything more than how awesome he is!

I booked chefs for a BBQ on the Saturday and tapas on the Sunday. They were happy enough to go above and beyond to put on a breakfast had we wanted it as well. There is a bakery in the town so Bertel hunted down the contact details so I was able to pre order croissants etc for breakfast and a birthday cake (which for 20 people cost around €50 - bargain! It was beautiful and tasted so good!). I also decided I'd like a photographer and a saxophonist which Bertel was more than happy to help with. Bertel also helped me organise the transfers to and from the property which with 18 people and so many flights wasn't an easy task! Lesson learnt: if you want set transfers, book through Bertel. If you want some flexibility use a local cab company.

All in all, the property was amazing and I'd totally stay again. With the additions, I'm not sure I could have asked for anything more!

Nous venons de rentrer de notre séjour et je suis encore pleine de bonheur du début à la fin ! 18 d'entre nous ont voyagé de Londres à des moments différents pour fêter mes 40 ans.

Les deux maisons sont incroyables. Tant de chambres, de chambres et de cachettes ! Nous ne les avons pas tous utilisés. Cristina a été si gentille d'essayer d'en faire autant que possible en double.

Il y a deux piscines avec une salle pleine de chaises longues, de jeux, de tables et de morceaux extérieurs. Nous n'avons utilisé que la plus petite piscine car ce n'était pas toujours la plus chaude en mai.

J'ai travaillé avec Bertel principalement pour organiser le voyage et je ne peux rien dire de plus qu'à quel point il est génial !

J'ai réservé des chefs pour un barbecue le samedi et des tapas le dimanche. Ils étaient assez heureux d'aller au-delà pour préparer un petit-déjeuner si nous le voulions aussi. Il y a une boulangerie dans la ville, donc Bertel a recherché les coordonnées, j'ai donc pu commander à l'avance des croissants, etc. pour le petit-déjeuner et un gâteau d'anniversaire (qui pour 20 personnes coûte environ 50 € - une bonne affaire ! C'était beau et tellement bon !) . J'ai aussi décidé que j'aimerais un photographe et un saxophoniste avec lesquels Bertel était plus qu'heureux de m'aider. Bertel m'a également aidé à organiser les transferts depuis et vers la propriété qui, avec 18 personnes et tant de vols, n'était pas une tâche facile ! Leçon apprise : si vous souhaitez des transferts fixes, réservez via Bertel. Si vous voulez une certaine flexibilité, utilisez une compagnie de taxi locale.

Dans l'ensemble, la propriété était incroyable et j'y retournerais volontiers. Avec les ajouts, je ne suis pas sûr que j'aurais pu demander mieux !

Great experience at the villa. The property is absolutely fabulous and quite unique in style and decorations. Easily accommodating 31 people. Car rental to move around definitely recommended. Loved the place and would like to return!

We had a wonderful time, friends and family coming together for a joint 50th celebration. The houses, gardens and pools were lovely and met our needs very well.
Cristina was a kind and relaxed host, the village was great and we were luckily there during the fiesta so got a good flavour of the culture. It is very handy having bakers very close by. Our highlights were seeing the human towers, or castells, which are all over the area in July and August, we also enjoyed Aqualeon waterpark and our favourite beach was towards Tarragona - Altafulla, with its calm waters and beach restaurant. We will definitely be back! Thanks Cristina and Bertel- what a great team!

Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux, amis et famille réunis pour une célébration commune du 50e. Les maisons, les jardins et les piscines étaient charmants et répondaient très bien à nos besoins.
Cristina était une hôte gentille et détendue, le village était super et nous étions heureusement là-bas pendant la fête, nous avons donc eu une bonne idée de la culture. C'est très pratique d'avoir des boulangers à proximité. Nos points forts ont été de voir les tours humaines, ou castells, qui sont partout dans la région en juillet et août, nous avons également apprécié le parc aquatique Aqualeon et notre plage préférée était vers Tarragone - Altafulla, avec ses eaux calmes et son restaurant de plage. On reviendra certainement! Merci Cristina et Bertel - quelle belle équipe!

Nous avons eu un merveilleux sejour pour mes 50 ans a la Mansias de Cristinas. Les maisons sont geniales et le parc splendide. Tout le monde a adoré. Cristinas et son mari ont été super. Nous y reviendrons des que possible.

We had a wonderful stay for my 50th birthday at La Mansias de Cristinas. The houses are brilliant and the park splendid. Everyone loved it. Cristinas and her husband were great. We will come back to it as soon as possible.

We rented the house for our company trip and we were very happy about the houses. There's plenty of space and the houses and property are very beautiful.

We had the most amazing holiday in these beautiful villas. A multi generational trip and La Masias de Cristina worked for all. Outstanding well equipped outside space with wonderful gardens and swimming pools. Plenty of communal space indoors too. Cristina is a perfect host and arranged catering at the property which was outsanding and very good value of money. Tables were set in the garden and we were treated to great food, lovely wine and beer and fantastic service. Dont miss out on a night in the vineyard. Cristina will arrange a wonderful evening with dinner served amongst the vines, wines from the vineyard and music to dance to.
A truly memorable holiday for all . Bertel and Cristina are a winning team as they could not do more for you.
There is one watch out - the air conditioning is not great and is not in every bedroom.

Nous avons passé des vacances des plus extraordinaires dans ces belles villas. Un voyage multigénérationnel et La Masias de Cristina a travaillé pour tous. Espace extérieur exceptionnel bien équipé avec de magnifiques jardins et piscines. Beaucoup d'espace commun à l'intérieur aussi. Cristina est un hôte parfait et a organisé une restauration à la propriété qui était exceptionnelle et d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Des tables étaient dressées dans le jardin et nous avons eu droit à une excellente cuisine, du bon vin et de la bière et un service fantastique. Ne manquez pas une nuit dans le vignoble. Cristina organisera une merveilleuse soirée avec un dîner servi au milieu des vignes, des vins du vignoble et de la musique pour danser.
Des vacances vraiment mémorables pour tous. Bertel et Cristina forment une équipe gagnante car ils ne pourraient pas faire plus pour vous.
Il y a une attention - la climatisation n'est pas géniale et n'est pas dans chaque chambre.

For femte gang har vi været på en stor familierejse. Denne gang rejste vi med Sydens feriehuse til to store huse, placeret side by side i en parklignende have tæt på Barcelona. Vi var 21 voksne og 16 børn - ældste barn 13 år og yngste 2 år. Alle var enige om, at vi havde de bedste faciliteter nogensinde. Haven var meget stor med to swimmingpools og maser af plads til leg. Desuden var der både gode køkken forhold og barbecue-faciliteter og fine indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Borde og stole nok til at vi samlet kunne sidde ude og spise. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette paradis og Sydens feriehuse.

For the fifth time we have been on a big family trip. This time we traveled with the South's holiday homes to two large houses, located side by side in a park-like garden close to Barcelona. We were 21 adults and 16 children - oldest child 13 years and youngest 2 years. Everyone agreed that we had the best facilities ever. The garden was very large with two swimming pools and plenty of space for play. In addition, there were both good kitchen conditions and barbecue facilities and fine shopping close by. Tables and chairs enough for us to sit outside and eat together. We can highly recommend this paradise and the holiday homes of the South.

Pour la cinquième fois, nous avons fait un grand voyage en famille. Cette fois, nous avons voyagé avec les maisons de vacances du Sud dans deux grandes maisons, situées côte à côte dans un jardin aux allures de parc près de Barcelone. Nous étions 21 adultes et 16 enfants - l'aîné de 13 ans et le plus jeune de 2 ans. Tout le monde était d'accord pour dire que nous avions les meilleures installations qui soient. Le jardin était très grand avec deux piscines et beaucoup d'espace pour jouer. De plus, il y avait à la fois de bonnes conditions de cuisine et des installations de barbecue et de bons magasins à proximité. Des tables et des chaises suffisantes pour que nous puissions nous asseoir dehors et manger ensemble. Nous pouvons fortement recommander ce paradis et les maisons de vacances du Sud.

Beautiful villas, every bit as good as the photo's. This was family holiday for 4 generations, aged from 86 years down to 6 years old and it was perfect for us. The two houses meant there was plenty of room for everyone, and the children had their own 'chill out' room at the top of one of the villas. Reference to a previous comment regarding the cleaning of the pool and emptying of the bins - neither was an issue to us. The bins appeared to be emptied on an almost daily basis and the pool was always clean. Aircon worked most of the time, had a bit of an issue following a storm but seemed to sort it out. Think any additional problems were possibly operator error on our part.
We took a number of inflatables for the pool but there were some there so didn't really need to. The table tennis table was a big hit with all the family.
The only small niggles were 1) only one kettle between both villas (being British we drink a lot of tea) 2) Two of the gas rings in Cal Joan didn't work. Neither of these things were a big problem and certainly didn't mar our holiday

The villas were immaculate on our arrival, with the most beautiful decor. There were tables and chairs outside one villa where we could fit everyone and having two villas meant two kitchens to cook in. The BBQ made the cooking a lot easier as you could make big dishes of paella or pasta. The garden was beautiful with two lovely pools however the large pool was only cleaned once whilst we were there and we were only provided with bins on the third day by which time the rubbish had accumulated quite a lot. The rooms were all spacious with lovely Spanish interiors however aircon didn’t work in most of them and the windows were locked in the top bedroom with 8 beds in it. All in all, we had a fantastic week and absolutely loved the village (Santa Oliva). There is a bakery, Tabacc, cafe, shop and patisserie where you can get baguettes and pastries in the morning. There’s a siesta from 1.30-5.30 but this is manageable if you remember!

With regards to the swimming pool, there is a cleaning function in it, and then Pere comes every morning 07:00 to check it. He has picked this time to leave you with as much privacy as possible. :-)

With regards to garbage, in Spain, you will need to bring the garbage to a central pickup point, there is one not far from the house. We write this in the Arrival- and Holiday Home information document, but you have probably overlooked it. We will try to communicate it better, and also ask Pere and Cristina to mention it by check in.

With regards to the Aircondition, it should work. However, if there are problems during the stay, Cristina and Pere live less than 15 minutes away and will be happy to assist. As the house has central aircondition, it is necessary to block the windows, as the system will not work with open windows.

The house was absolutely amazing. Having arrived with 30 people we went round what we thought was the only house and it seemed like enough room. We were then taken to the second house which was even nicer the first one.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to do a big holiday. Not only because the houses and gardens are stunning, but because Cristina, the owner of the property is amazing! She organised for us to have wine tasting one night, followed by a paella, this was easily one of the best nights. She was happy for us to stay up in to the late night and enjoy the amazing surroundings. I really hope we get to come back. Thank you Cristina and Bertel!
